Design’s ability to drive conversation has always intrigued Mary Anne. This curiosity is apparent in her work, where she treats different elements of her designs as ice-breakers. Depending on the goal of the project, these ice-breakers start, continue, or challenge the conversation. As a result, the visuals empower the message being conveyed.

Mary Anne believes that there is a need to think within and outside of the box. When tackling a project, she uses lateral and vertical thinking to explore and test multiple ideas and draw inspiration from a variety of sources. This thought-process allows her to develop strong solutions that utilize research and best-practices from other industries.
